Welcome to SDSU HiSoftware training sessions.

HiSoftware provided San Diego State University with additional online training modules for SDSU-use only. The Telecommunications and Network Services (TNS) Help Desk will administer accounts.

Request an Account

If you need an account, send a request to Hisoftware Account Request with “HiSoftware Training Account” on the “Subject” line. Include the following information: your first name, middle initial (if any), last name, your title, division/college, department, telephone number, and Red ID Number. In most cases, you will be contacted with your account information within three business days after we receive your request.
